He is personable, very service oriented, extremely knowledgeable about HVAC, flawlessly professional and detailed oriented throughout the service. Very impressed with this company and looking forward to working with them in the future for bi-annual services.
A few years ago our furnace had issues. Another company told us it was going to die any minute and we should replace ASAP. Holliday came out for a second opinion. Much more realistic time frame and cheaper quote. Then on Christmas eve this year our water heater went out. Holliday had a new one in by new years. Great customer service and very responsive.
I am so glad I decided to call Holliday for my furnace inspection and tuneup! My experience was beyond satisfactory. I was amazed with the detail and thoroughness of the service. Jory explained everything in depth while making it understandable to a nontechnical customer. I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend them to my family and friends.
My first time using this company. Very professional, good communication and a very fair price. Mike was our tech and did a great job. I had them do a gas fireplace service and it looks like new and runs great. I will definitely call them again.
We were due for an annual checkup and wanted to try a new company so decided on Holiday Heating. Nick showed up promptly on our scheduled date and gave me a 30 minute heads up. He was professional, courteous and very thorough with a complete checkup of our furnace and cooling system. Took photos of every item on his checklist for future reference and reviewed with me after. The bill was very reasonable for the time and work performed and we will gladly use Holiday Heating on a regular basis and recommend you give them a try!
