This lender was completely unprofessional and disorganized, and nearly cost me my home purchase. Communication was poor from start to finish. Emails went unanswered for days, updates had to be chased down repeatedly, and I was often given vague or conflicting information. Basic loan management tasks were mishandled, including critical appraisal issues that should have been resolved promptly but instead dragged on with no accountability. As we approached closing, it became clear that there was no sense of urgency, ownership, or competence in managing a time-sensitive transaction. I was forced to micromanage my own loan just to keep it from falling apart. Even then, the process stalled due to internal failures that were entirely avoidable. The lack of transparency and follow-through created unnecessary stress and put my escrow at serious risk. Ultimately, I had no choice but to switch lenders to protect my transaction. The new lender resolved in days what this one failed to handle in weeks. If you value clear communication, professionalism, and actually closing on time, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. This was an exhausting and unacceptable experience.
