Ash helped me with some motherboard issues. He did the job in 5 minutes and stayed in touch afterwards to talk me through any further issues I was having. While the problem ended up being out of our control, he was friendly, supportive and proved to be a computer genius. Will be using his services again if I need them, and would recommend to anyone else needing their computer serviced.
Seven years after first using Ash for a Macbook repair, I had another issue with a new laptop with a badly cracked screen. Not only did he fix my MacBook quickly, his prices are incredibly reasonable and he even went to extra effort to find a suitable protective cover for my laptop to try and avoid any damage happening to it in the future (I’m very clumsy!) He is very knowledgeable and friendly, explains the process clearly, and will go the extra mile to try and get it sorted quickly for you. I had an internet problem caused by an update of which I was unaware. Ash called me back straight away and fixed the problem efficiently and patiently over the phone. Really happy with the service Ash provided me, I needed data recovery for our iMac, user & iCloud consolidation, back up reconfiguration.
