We chose Michelle Kurland to be our realtor in selling our old house and buying a new construction home. I cannot praise Michelle enough! She was very professional and thorough, she always pointed out any issues with the houses we were looking at prior to deciding to go with a new build and then again for 2 walk-thrus at our new build. She treated it like it was her house and didn't leave any spots unturned. We had a lot of ups and downs through the process of selling and closing on our new house. She was so supportive, responsive, and even offered to help us with urgent repairs if need be. She gave us referrals for literally anything we needed and even let us borrow her air mattress when we moved into our new house 2 days before we could get our furniture moved in. She has become a family friend and she is an absolutely delightful person. She went above and beyond our expectations and I really can't thank her enough for getting us through the 7 month process of selling and buying.
