There are many options out there for choosing a driving school, however going with this one was one of the best decisions I've ever made. My instructor was Zia and he was absolutely amazing, extremely professional, patient, and really cares about making sure you become a confident and safe driver. Before starting I didn't have a lot of driving experience but Zia explained everything clearly and made each lesson comfortable. Helping me build my confidence step by step preparing for my G2 test. I highly recommend this school, and Zia to anyone looking for a great instructor, money very well spent! Thank you Zia and Honours driving school for such a great experience!
Just passed my G2 test today at New Market on my first attempt with Zia. Amazing instructor and really prepared me for the test. He understood my weaknesses and continued to help me polish my skills over and over. As a person who did not want to drive at all, Zia knows how to help you get more comfortable behind the wheel. At the start he took time to help me get a feel for the basics. When moving on to driving on roads with other cars, he assisted me with the wheel and slowly allowed me to take more control as I got better & gained more confidence. He ensures you learn how to control your speed and stay under the limit as it is something they are very strict on the road test. Passing the speed limit by 1 already results in deductions in points! On the day of the test we did a short practice before heading to New Market where we worked on different parkings and emphasizing surveying your surroundings in a parking lot. It is easy to AUTOMATICALLY fail the test even before leaving the test center because if you are not careful, the place is very busy with all the cars and people at the test parking lot. Once a pedestrian has to change directions because you came in to fast or left the parking space with other cars leaving/entering, the examiner will not hesitate to fail you. In end the road test felt like a quick drive to the store and back as I believe Zia prepared me very well. If you want to become a more technical & defensive driver, I highly recommend this school.
Went from 0 driving experience to passing my test very quickly thanks to Honours Driving school's lessons. Najib (the instructor) was always calm, cool, collected and great at explaining all the nuances of the road. Highly recommend for getting ready to take your road test.
I passed my G2 exam on the first attempt! My instructor was Najib and he was very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. You feel safe in the car with him, and you will learn advanced driving techniques that increase your confidence as a driver. I highly recommend him as an instructor!
I got my G2 license on the first try! Zia was my instructor and he helped me feel ready going into my test. Each lesson is structured to practice driving, parking (all types), 3-point turn, etc. so that you are prepared!
