It is nice to see so many highly rated reviews. However, That was not my experience. I emailed asking for a meeting on January 1st knowing it was News Years. I received a response on January 6th offering a meeting on Jan. 12th. I immediately responded back (on January 6th) that I was not available at the time suggested and offered an alternative time. When I didn't hear back I sent 2 more emails during the week. After the second email on Jan. 13th I heard back with a response of sorry we respond in the order we receive emails. So, it takes them a week to respond to emails? Also, you would think that when responding to an email from the firm they would get back to you. I would find that an accountant whose office can't respond to emails efficiently is not going to process my taxes accurately and efficiently.
Mrs. Howard is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable in her work, patient, informed, and incredibly kind. The information and analysis she provided was truly insightful and it equipped me with the tools I needed to feel comfortable in my financial next steps. I would recommend Mrs. Howard to anyone looking for an accountant with comprehensive expertise!
