This isn’t a good location. I had appointment I had to wait. Then the tax lady had me to keep returning to office over and over instead of doing it all in one visit. Now the irs is sending me paperwork and I can’t get ahold of anyone. I just stopped in to ask questions and some Indian man in there told me it’s nothing he can do come back another day. Like what? Very unsatisfied.
Jessica Peacock was amazing tax pro! And front desk host at this location was most proper and professional. I enjoyed my time here. I felt safe and comfortable with the tax pro. I was given informative information. Thanks Jessica and H&R Block team! 🤗
