AL has been my tax preparer for many years. he is an expert, absolutely at efficiently maximizing your credits, honestly reviewing every case, and helping to the best of his knowledge. its impressive, its great to work with him, I would only hope he could let us know or give us any heads up and recommendations if he ever retires or leaves the business. call him up, you wont regret it in the least.
While my review is shamefully overdue, I wanted to give a shout-out to Massus Lindsley for doing such a great job taking care of my tax needs for two years in a row. Highly recommend this place!
Awesome Service every year by Al Robles. He is the best of the best! I count on him every yr to handle everything for me, & he never disappoints. Thank you Al & remember, you cannot retire until I’m dead. :)
My refund debit card was lost in the mail so I was told over the phone by HR Block to go into the store to get a new one. When I arrived I spoke with Stuart Kramer who immediately rudely asked me to be more specific, when I concisely explained the issue I was facing. He then went to try and help me out but half-way through stated 'his system wasn't allowing him to help me' and that he couldn't do anything else. I asked him what the issue was and he said "I don't know" and basically stated it wasn't his problem. I then had to drive five miles to another HR Block location and spoke to a lovely lady who happily helped me out and couldn't understand why Stuart refused to do so. Everyone else was extremely nice but avoid Stuart Kramer.
We have worked with Martelle for about eight years and we absolutely love working with her. She is friendly, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We trust her completely and she always does a great job with our taxes! Would recommend H&R Block and especially Martelle!!
