While on holiday from New Zealand, I took my old but sentimental Nixon watch in for inspection as water seemed to be getting into it. I made a rookie error in time management and was unable to pick it up during business hours. Michael was super helpful communicating and arranging a repair with a Nixon replacement crown and sorting postage back to New Zealand. Stoked it all worked out in the end. Thanks heaps.
Searched on the internet Seiko Alpinist and H&S came out the cheapest and one of the best reviews. Didn't hesitate to place order on the 12th December @ 8PM. I was very impressed with the ease of transaction and the speed of delivery. Received in Melbourne on the 15th of December, thanks to a free upgrade to Express Post!
