We ordered flowers for a friends birthday to be delivered same day. Paid for them. Flowers never came. It’s been 11 days. Have called and left messages multiple times. She did call back on the 3rd day and promised it would be upgraded for free and delivered by end of day. Still no flowers.. no returned phone call. They sure will take your money with a smile but I wouldn’t trust that you will get what you actually pay for. I do not recommend at all. Especially since there are multiple reviews exactly like my experience. I would post a pic of the flowers with a good review but…
My order was delivered on November 23, and I was extremely disappointed. My boyfriend sent me flowers with a stuffed bear, and not only did they arrive way later than the scheduled delivery time, but the bear had a horrible smell — almost like an animal had urinated on it. (Yes, the bear was wet) Honestly, it smelled so bad that I genuinely feel like they transported a dog with my gift. Because of the late delivery, I wasn’t even home to receive it, and the overall quality was completely unacceptable. This was not the experience we expected at all. 0/10 would never recommend
Ordered a dozen yellow roses to be delivered to my wife's office on the 2 year anniversary of us meeting face-to-face. I placed the order on-line the previous day for delivery the next morning. I had contacted my wife's co-workers to notify them of the expected delivery since she works in a high-security building. Everything was set. The morning arrives - 9a = no delivery, 10a = no delivery, 11a = no delivery, Noon = no delivery. I left a VM at the florist's phone number. 1p = no delivery, no communication; I left a second VM. 2p = no delivery, no communication. 2:05p = responded to email from Florist with yesterday's order confirmation. 2:08 = sent text to Florist. 2:10 = third call to Florist and this time she answered. Said the flowers had been flown in and didn't arrive to the airport until just a few mins ago. A big part of having flowers delivered to the office is to allow the recipient to feel special and show off her flowers to her co-workers. But when flowers are delivered at the end of the day right as she's walking out the door - that robs her of feeling special the entire day. I'm so disappointed. I saw that Huntsville Florist only had 3-stars from customer reviews, and now I know why. Never again will I attempt to order flowers from them. I understand things go wrong with business - that's part of being in business. But when there is no communication from the vendor - that is a Controllable that was not controlled. Thus, this 1-star review.
If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. I ordered flowers for my friends 50th birthday. I ordered them to be delivered on her birthday. Online order seemed easy enough. I was able to customize her card and knew it would be a happy surprise. They never arrived. I called them two days later and was told there had been some confusion, she planned on upgrading my order FOR FREE and promised they'd be delivered by the end of the day. I was ok with that bc, stuff happens. Not that big of a deal. Here we are 11 days later, my flowers that I PAID FOR, have still NOT been delivered and nobody will answer or return my calls. I will NEVER recommend this joke of a "business" to anyone!
Did not need flowers, but had hard time finding nice peace lily for a memorial. Huntsville Flowers was reasonably priced and provided a beautiful plant. Offered to deliver it, but she met me early on Saturday morning and I picked it up so that we could deliver it in person. Will use again.
