Those who ply their trade at "I Love My PC" have always been super helpful whenever I've popped in to ask for a consultation on any computer-related issue. This time they very kindly installed a missing screw for my mother's laptop, and wouldn't hear of charging me for the trouble. Recommended!
I had an issue with my laptop and visited I love my pc and I’m really glad I did. David was extremely helpful. He explained the whole process clearly, step by step and made sure I understood what was going on. He was friendly, patient and professional throughout. Excellent customer service and great communication. Highly recommend!
David from I Love My PC did an outstanding job repairing my refurbished MSI laptop, whose hinge had broken resulting in not being able to close the lid without damaging the screen. He went over and above to ensure that the internals were optimally reassembled, fixing more than just the problem that I brought the laptop to him for. Communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommend this place for the work that they do and their excellent customer service.
Came in about a potential Malware issue with my external drive, concerned after my own PC got infected. I asked if they could just format the entire external drive, no need to salvage any of the files. I'm fine losing them all. Ian was super honest about it being a quick task, assured me their PCs are running Linux so they shouldn't be affected, and offered to do it if I waited. Upon completion, I had asked for further advice while trying to discuss payment, but was assured for my situation they wouldn't need a charge as it's just a wiped External Drive. Wouldn't even accept a tip for the troubles. Amazing customer service 5/5 would seek assistance here again.
