I took my car along to get an estimate on repair after someone had reversed into me. They put me in touch with a company that got me a hire car, paid for by the at fault drivers insurance company, while it was in getting repaired which was great. I was so impressed with the friendliness of everyone I spoke to at IA. Having visited different bodyshops over the years, they were a breath of fresh air, so nice, great job on my car and I would highly recommend them.
I had a great experience with the company from start to finish. They dealt with everything in relation to my repair & getting a courtesy car. They kept me updated throughout the process and the turnaround for repairs was really quick. The customer service was excellent and my car looks great. I would highly recommend them.
Honestly a fantastic experience here. Referred by Dash Claims, IA had my car repaired quickly and were communicative throughout the short process. The staff were friendly and made the process so easy. Nice to deal with such lovely people doing a great job.
Work done: Audi Q5 2019. New bonnet, painted with match colour, blending on the side panels and fixed smaller scruffs on front bumper. In Short: I would gladly recommend IA Bodyshop. absolute stellar service and execution. The google reviews are not lying. What you get: - Personal, welcoming service. With prompt email and phone communications, both from Imran and Aisha who runs this as a family business. - Even if paid privately you are likely to get a courtesy car if needed. - Stellar work and finish. - If you have any questions during the process or after. Imran and the team will happily listen to the questions and organise a time to check after the work is done and paid for. - Flexible pick-up and drop of the car. For myself with a challenging job I could only attend during lunch-time or Weekends (this shop is usually open Saturdays 9AM-12noon) - Good capacity, even after the storm Eowyn their team had capacity to take on a weeks worth of work on the car within the coming 2 weeks. Although this may vary. The longer version: During the storm Eowyn a few large corner tiles form our house fell onto the bonnet of the car. Leaving a hole onto the bonnet and other scratches. I went and visited a few body-shops. Most would say replacing the bonnet would be the best but they can't guarantee a perfect colour match. Some even proposed a poly-fill approach which I was in doubt about for various reasons. After a fair amount of research I decided to trust the google reviews for IA Bodyshop and visited the shop over lunch-time. One of the first thing I noticed was the variety of cars getting work done in the shop. From the latest M4 with an unique colour, to an older Porsche Carrera to your normal Ford Fiesta and plenty more. This usually gives you a bit of confidence that the team has experience with various types of paint and cars as well are trustworthy by car enthusiasts. When there I was met by Aisha who was in the reception. She kindly attended myself and informed about the process, what to expect, how they work. I even got a little bit of history of the company and their values. Imran arrived shortly after his lunch and did an inspection together with myself. He provided a rough verbal quote on spot. It would depend on the cost of a new bonnet from Audi. He needed to check that first to provide a proper quote through email which I received not long after and not surprisingly the pricing was bang on what we verbally agreed. He also estimated the job to require 1 weeks worth of work and could start in the coming 2 weeks (This was amazing since most shops had a waiting time of 1+ months) I mentioned I would need to check with my work to see a good time for the work to be be done. After a few quick emails sorting out a good date to drop off the car and my preference of courtesy car and it's availability we agreed on a date to drop the car of. I then received the courtesy car and could drive home. As agreed the car was fully finished a week later when I went to pick it up I couldn't tell the difference from before the damage. The colour matching and blending was perfect. Today I forget I had a massive hole in the previous bonnet. When I received the car Imran walked through what they had done, asked if I was happy with the job and quickly checked the courtesy car. I paid, thanked the team and was on my way. All in all, extremely happy with the result. After 2 weeks I noticed that the passenger front windscreen washer was not working. After one email and a prompt response(on a Sunday). Imran asked me to bring the car in so they can check/fix if the issue is related to their work. And indeed it was fixed on spot. Just one loose hose in the washer system. When running a business issues will happen, but the way IA Bodyshop fixed it promptly and kept their service customer focused was amazing. Thank you!
