We had to call for emergency service over the weekend because our water heater’s pilot light went out. Tony came out quickly, and the emergency fee was very reasonable. He was friendly, explained everything he was doing, and really took the time to figure out the issue. A few days later, our hot water is still working perfectly! IFixdit plumber, Tony, responded to my plumbing emergency on a Saturday. He communicated promptly and clearly via text message. The emergency fee structure was explained and agreed upon. Tony called in advance and arrived in a timely manner. He investigated the problem (a clogged drain system which had backed up into the basement), suggested a plan and explained the cost. He proceeded with the work and was thorough and kept me apprised of the progress. He cleared my drain, snaking via the sewer cleanout and then fished his camera through the whole system to confirm everything was in proper order. I would call Tony again with any plumbing need!
We enjoyed our first hot shower in years thanks to Tony’s repair. He provided repair options and upfront pricing to rebuild our shower and install the shower head we picked. He came when promised and offered a detailed receipt. We were so pleased with his work that we had him return and repair our guest bathroom shower. He diagnosed several issues and explained them clearly. He then caulked, installed a new faucet and shower head.
