⭐️ 1 Star – Absolutely Terrible Service iFixHub is hands down the worst repair shop I’ve ever dealt with. They hit you with a $100 fee just to “look” at your laptop, and then they keep it for nearly two weeks doing absolutely nothing. After all that time, they finally tell you they don’t know how to fix it. How do you call yourself a repair shop when you can’t even diagnose a basic issue? They take your money upfront, waste your time, and hand your laptop back in the exact same broken condition. This place is a complete joke. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. iFixHub has no clue what they’re doing and zero respect for customers’ time or money.
Everything was smooth and efficient! They work fast , and have very good customer service! And Ms. Abby deserves a raise she is the absolute best!
Impeccable service. I didn’t have to make an appointment and the excellent worker whose name is Sups, went far and above to fix my iPhone on the spot. Don’t waste your time with other smartphone/computer repair stores, IFIXHUB is the standard for all repair shops. Again, Sups, you are a true professional.
I recently visited I fix Hub to initially have my screen repaired.Sups was very helpful and identifying the problem. It turned out that the battery had swollen and pushed the screen away from my phone. She then ordered me a battery that would fit my phone perfectly. When I want to have the battery installed it only took about 20 minutes or so very good customer service. I will not hesitate to use again and recommend them to my friends.
5/5 Amazing customer service. Quick turn around for my repairs. My hp laptop envy x360 had a huge crack on the screen and the results were great no issues since! Would definitely come back for any future repairs on my other devices.
