Always amazing fast and considerate. If we need anything at all the pay and conversation is beyond fair. I'll send both elders and kids who don't know anything here, and experienced people who just need a second pair of eyes and hands here. Best repair for WHATEVER youre looking for not just Computers/Laptops. I'll be coming here over and over for help and the wonderful company they bring. Mike and John are the best!
Awesome group of guys. Had a chance to just repair my laptop and I would’ve been none the wiser, but referred me to a different store that ultimately saved me money in the long run and was a better option. Super knowledgeable and competent either way. First place I’ll go if any other issues arise in the future!
John and Michael replaced the hard drive and restaged the new computer I just bought from Dell (it has some flaws). John and Michael went above and beyond taking the time do it right and educate me on the process and took extra effort to make sure I was properly set up. He should have charged me more for such great service, it would have been worth it. Finding skilled people in any area is hard enough, but finding people like John who actually cares about his clients and customers is worth ANY price.
The team at iGeek is outstanding. At 1:30, I brought in a laptop that had been heavily damaged by a coffee spill, and by 2:30, it was ready for pickup and working like brand new. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Thank you, John and Mike, for the excellent service.
This will be the only computer repair shop I will ever use! Not only did John correctly diagnose my computer issue, he also helped me build a new rig! To make it even better, John didn’t even charge me for the initial diagnosis. If you want to be taken care of, this is the place. I highly recommend coming here for any tech issues you have.
