I want to say that we had a very good experience at this location. Amy was a big help, she was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. I really am appreciative to her for all the help that she provided as we purchased a ring and earrings. Thank you again Amy, we will definitely be back !
AMY was the best! She helped my son, myself and my partner. She helped us narrow down styles and sizes and made sure we were aware that they can be ordered. She was patient and funny. She explained prices, educated us on finance options. She also explained after care and to feel welcomed to come in for any jewelry care. Thank you Amy and happy holidays !!!
I Entered the store and was immediately greeted by Mr Phillip. I went in looking for a very specific chain. Mr. Ijaz was able to find the exact chain at the exact length and width I had requested in a matter of seconds. He quoted me a perfect price and also provided me great financing options. I was also looking to get my son a rope bracelet and Mr. Ijaz down sized the bracelet to perfectly fit my son within minutes! Free of charge! The honesty and customer service i received today was unbeatable and will be the main reason why I will keep shopping here.
I traveled from Florida to Brownsville last year and made sure to stop by and when my pendent broke this year on vacation in Brownsville, we drove all the way to Ijaz to get it fixed as they are the only ones I trust with my jewelry! The owner and his son were very friendly and helpful with very reasonable prices. Their jewelry is authentic and I get so many compliments in Florida for my jewelry from them. Will definitely be back next year!
My mom and I went into the staples location today and met Roberto. He is the best.. loved his personality, very friendly, great customer service, and a great attitude.
