I love the inside of this spa, and how easy it is to park. The front desk lady is always very nice and attentive! Karen is always amazing and addresses all my concerns. 10/10 would recommend this place to friends and family.
I have been a member at Illuminate for years now. I love everyone there. The owner has taken great care to make the space feel warm and inviting. Rebecca is my go to for facials but today I had Maggie who was excellent! My sister and I took my mom today for the signature facials. It is her 81st birthday today. She had Stacie and they took great care with her. She has kyphosis (dowagers hump) which is uncomfortable for laying on your back but they made her comfortable and she enjoyed every minute. She was literally glowing and so was I. I highly recommend this medspa for all of your pampering needs.
Had a signature facial with Berenice today. It was perfect. She explained each step that she was doing and was attentive to any needs I had with my skin. The table was very comfortable and the neck and scalp massage to go along with it was amazing. Will be back!
My daughter and I have gone to Illuminate Medspa for the past 6 months for our facials. We have been tremendously happy with the different types of facials that are being done along with their technicians. They truly care about their clientele. Highly Recommend.
I can finally say that I have found a home for all of facial and skincare needs. Staci is by far the best person I have a been to for a facial in years. From the time I walked in to the time I left Staci made me feel comfortable and checked within with me to make sure everything was going perfect. I will definitely be bringing my mom and coming back to see her again. If you need a facial where you can see results immediately after Staci is your girl! Thank you so much for taking care of my skin and giving me some tips for at home care. See you soon!
