Words can’t describe how amazing the experience was with Impact, Eddie, Kadzo, and Niassa. They helped us truly have the wedding of our dreams. In particular we appreciated their help and guidance when navigating our two different cultures and religions. They did a great job also harmonizing our parents' visions with our vision for the wedding. Eddie made us feel like family and made sure to stop by to say to us on the wedding day. We felt like even with so many couples he is so interested in seeing all of us on our happy day! We also felt like Kadzo was not just a wedding planner but also our friend! She is one of the most skillful and organized people we’ve ever met. Our desi wedding ended up being so smooth and stress free. They made it a seamless couple days with no anxiety. Niassa also helped us close up our reception with so much grace and made sure both myself and my husband had everything we needed. We ended up having the best days of our lives. Thank you so much, Impact. We love you guys!
We cannot recommend Impact Collective enough! Planning a multi-day desi wedding is no small feat, but Kadzo, along with Eddie, Niassa, and the Impact Collective team, made the entire experience not only manageable, but genuinely enjoyable. From the moment we started planning a little over a year ago, Kadzo was with us every step of the way, and we truly could not have done this without her guidance and direction. During wedding planning, Kadzo consistently checked in with us, visited venues and vendors alongside us, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. She skillfully balanced our parents’ visions alongside ours while staying true to what we envisioned for our wedding day. One of the things we appreciated most was her ability to help us stay close to our budget without ever making us feel like we were compromising our vision. She always came prepared with thoughtful options and practical solutions, and she truly advocated for us throughout the entire process. We can't say enough about her! Eddie, the owner of Impact Collective, is also amazing! His leadership, experience, and passion are evident in the way the entire team operates. Together, Kadzo and Eddie made us feel supported, heard, and confident from start to finish. Their professionalism and warmth made all the difference. On the wedding days themselves, everything ran seamlessly from our perspective. If there were any hiccups, we didn't notice them! Knowing Kadzo and the Impact Collective team were in charge gave us complete peace of mind. It allowed us to fully be present and enjoy every moment with our family and friends. If you’re planning a wedding, especially a multi-day or culturally rich celebration, we cannot recommend Kadzo, Eddie, and their team enough. We had the best wedding ever and we are so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding unforgettable.
I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Eddie and the IC team at the J.W Merriott, Cancun for the most beautiful and fun destination wedding. It was loaded with fun surprises around every corner, priceless moments, and memories that will stay with me for a lifetime...and that was from my view as MC/DJ! Their hardworking team had every base covered and when an inevitable hurdle arrived, you could tell they knew exactly how to execute flawlessly. I was totally impressed with the entire 3 day wedding weekend!
Eddie and Anna just planned an amazing wedding at our venue, Heigh Torr Estate, in Purcellville, VA. They were absolutely wonderful to work with and did a beautiful job!
