We hired Imperial Plumbing to replace our broken water main. They were professional and courteous at every step of the process. They worked into the dark to run a temp line so that we would have water overnight, which was much appreciated. Their work was excellent and we felt they went above and beyond. Their work was completed as originally quoted, in the discussed time frame, and at a reasonable price. I recommend them highly.
I needed some leaking hoses repaired as well as a fridge water connection done quickly for our renovations and this was the only company that could get out to my house fast. Had Austin out from Imperial for a drain clog, turns out there were roots in the line. He got it draining and showed me what was going on. Gave me a couple options for fixing it long term but didn't pressure us, which I really appreciated. Drain's running good now thanks. Great work!
