I found the 5 day Panchakarmic therapy a deeply rejuvenating and holistic experience. The highly professional and personalized approach of Max focused on improving my sleep patterns and overall health through Ayurvedic massage and steam treatment. I recently enjoyed a full body Ayurvedic Bundle Therapy massage and steam bath at the Indian Spa. The therapist, Max, was friendly and welcoming and the spa facilities were spotlessly clean and very well organised. The therapy itself was expertly carried out, relaxing both my mind and body, and certainly eased stiffness in joints. I had an amazing experience with the Indian spa massage done by Max. He was very professional and made sure the treatment suited my health condition perfectly. Max is well - mannered, approachable and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. Highly recommended.
It was my first time ever, I went there with tensed and anxiety, but Max was very welcoming and explained everything to me. I had the Aroma Therapy, a hour long massage with steam bath to finish. I really enjoyed my experience and feel so happy and relaxed. I will definitely be going back😊
