I always enjoy visiting Indigo! They have such a wonderful selection of books, gifts, and stationery. The store is bright, organized, and easy to browse, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to spend some time discovering new reads or picking up a thoughtful gift.
Awful experience at a great book store. Got falsely accused of theft. I have a chronic sickness condition and perhaps looked a bit haggard. But I did not take anything. Have never been a thief in my life. Once I told the employee with a beard and grey hair to look through my bags to prove himself right if I stole anything. He refused and told me to “just go.” I got angry, I said the f word. I apologize about that, however, I was extremely upset. Then I said could we just talk human to human about this? And he proceeded to not have an open mind and stay true with “what he saw me do” I am crying and feel super upset as, I go to book stores in order to feel better in a world of chaos. Not to feel even more chaotic. Please make sure in the future, you don’t judge based on pre disposed beliefs of a person, but look to see if the person in question actually stole something, then apologize if you were mistaken. I left because he said he’d call security, as well as refused to change his mind. Roll the cameras sir. I didn’t steal one thing. Just was looking at the beautifully designed notebooks to fill my soul with some love. I hope you look at yourself differently in the mirror today Sir. I visited Indigo at The CORE today with my niece, and it was such a lovely experience! The store had a wonderful selection of books, toys, and gift items — perfect for kids. We found a great mix-and-match selection, and I got four books and a play box for only $30, which felt like an amazing deal. The staff were friendly, the store was cozy, and it made shopping for gifts fun and easy.
The layout’s really nice. I went in looking for some whimsical bookmarks and wasn’t disappointed. They’ve even got booknooks!
IndigoSpirit at Southgate Mall is a fantastic bookstore with a great selection of books across various genres. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you need without hassle. Everything is neatly arranged, and the space is always clean and inviting. Whether you're looking for a bestseller, a unique gift, or just a cozy place to browse, this location is a great spot to visit!
