Excellent products and service. Got a 660 tray of ez cubes; emailed back the next day and asked if I could add two bootstrap farmer trays/humidity domes to the order. They said no problem and honoured the free shipping from first order. 5/5 Would recommend!
Indoor Farmer is a really quality company with a lot of integrity. I made a large order with them which included 3 boxes - one did not arrive after making it halfway here. They were quick to respond and expressed me the missing items within days, which made me feel really valued as a new customer. Everything was packed with care and came as described. Highly recommend.
Outstanding Customer Service from Indoor Farmer! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** I purchased a humidifier from Indoor Farmer about a year ago, and this morning, it unexpectedly stopped working. Although I couldn’t find my receipt, I decided to reach out to their customer service. That’s when I spoke with Evan. Evan went out of his way to assist me, locating my receipt in their system, which was a huge relief. He assured me that my humidifier was still under warranty, despite the common issue I’ve encountered with other companies requiring a receipt for warranty claims. I truly appreciate how Indoor Farmer, being a smaller company, puts their customers first. They exceeded my expectations and provided exceptional service when it really mattered. Been ordering from Indoor Farmer for a few years now. Pricing is always competitive. They have a great selection of products especially organic products. One of the only places in southern Ontario that carries Black Swallow products. Great store for all gardening needs. Knowledgeable staff and great customer service. You guys rock. Keep it up👍👍!!!!
