Very professional and friendly staff. The person who greets you is so friendly. The place is so peaceful and relaxing .Elambra is an excellent massage therapist. She listens and addresses all the areas that need to be worked on. Kelly is an excellent massage therapist. D'Asia is suchl a good massage therapist. She helped my back out so much and we went over what to do the next time. Parking is a challenge sometimes, so arrive early.
Unprofessional, misleading, and feels like a scam. I called a week before my lipo surgery and explained I would need post-op lymphatic drainage massages. The woman booking my appointment assured me that’s their specialty and scheduled me based on those needs. When I showed up, they claimed they couldn’t provide the service at all. I was very clear about my surgery date and the care I required. On top of that, they refuse refunds, and the owner never returned my calls. This business is dishonest and takes advantage of people at a vulnerable time. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere reputable.
I went twice and the first time was okay, nothing bad but nothing noteworthy. The second time with Kelly, my one hour massage was only 50 minutes? And she talked the whole time unfortunately, which didn’t allow for a relaxing experience.
This is my second massage appointment and I love it 😍 I will be sticking with this as my self care routine monthly. Elambra is theeee best always nice and pleasant 😀I am always relaxed leaving Indu Wellness
I had a Lymphatic Drainage Massage here done by Rachel. This was my first visit at Indu Wellness. I came on the strength of the Google reviews and you all did not disappoint! I cannot say enough ah-mazing things about this business and its service. Their prices are also reasonable. First, the whole place is a vibe! It is boutique-style and the aesthetics and theme were giving Anthropologie + Free People. I love Boho Chic interiors so I am biased 😊. I loved the soft melodies, the accommodations, the serene nature of the establishment and service. The heated massage pads on the table felt sooo good; nothing like warm blankets and sheets during a treatment. Rachel was super dope! She took the time to discuss my personal details and educated me along the way. I felt extremely relaxed with her. The front desk person Claire was so nice and friendly. I've already booked my next appointment. Be sure to book early! They are a small facility with only 5 therapists. Things book pretty fast. Note: Parking is a pain. There is paid parking on another street and free parking on a residential street. If it's your first time, allot at least 10 addtl minutes for parking and walking. Be sure to complete your intake forms online so you don't have to deal with that when you arrive.
