Inflate a Party was great to work with! The kids had a blast and delivery and pickup were seamless. The staff is extremely friendly and the products rented were in great condition. I recommend using them for your next event. We look forward to being a repeat customer!
We hired Inflate-A-Party for a corporate, family-friendly event and had a great experience from start to finish. Due to weather, we had to move our event by a week, and their office staff was more than accommodating and easy to work with. The on-site crew arrived on time, set everything up quickly, communicated clearly, and made the entire process seamless. Pickup was just as smooth and on schedule. We truly appreciated their professionalism and would happily work with them again.
I rented the “15’ Dry Slide” last weekend for my son’s birthday and cannot say enough good things about this company! (It actually can be wet or dry so don’t be fooled by the name.) The price was reasonable and they were very punctual, professional, and friendly. I didn’t realize it was a family business but that makes me sing their praises even more! We had to call the guys both Saturday and Sunday and our calls and questions were answered right away. Everyone I’ve spoken to within the company has been incredibly helpful and friendly, which makes them just really easy and pleasant to work with. I recommended them to four moms at the party. One of those moms said she wanted to rent a slide over the summer but couldn’t get anyone (from several different companies) to return her call! I assured her that would not be the case with Inflate-a-Party. They will definitely be my go-to in the future. Keep up the good work, guys and girls! We will certainly be calling on you again!
We’ve used Inflate-a-Party twice now—once for our daughter’s party and again for my partner’s birthday—and both experiences were fantastic. Their team was prompt, professional, and incredibly communicative throughout the drop-off and pick-up process. They took great care in thoroughly cleaning the bounce house upon delivery and were extremely helpful in advising the best placement. We truly can’t recommend this company enough and look forward to working with them again in the future!
The customer service representatives are so polite and accommodating! The inflatables are great quality and the kids absolutely loved them!! The people that came to set up and dismantle did a great job! We will definitely make this a regular holiday addition!
