I received a quarterly visit from Insight this week. Ricardo proved to be very efficient and detailed. Considering the cold outside, I did not expect very much but was pleasantly surprised. Thank you Ricardo for a very productive visit.
I have been a client of theirs for over a year now. Their team is young, ambitious, friendly, and very professional. It's always easy to get in contact with someone and the follow up treatments are always delivered within a couple of days. Maria came by last Friday and performed a thorough inspection outside my house, applied the necessary products outside and inside my house and took the time to explain what she had done and answered my questions. Professional service. Recommended.
Hired them for the first time to spray for spiders. Was told they would bring a ladder, remove all spiders and webs and spray. The tech did not bring a ladder, did not remove all easily accessible spiders or webs, broke my security camera and did not say anything, kinda spayed a few places and spread pesticide pellets all over my property????? The pellets are everywhere, on my decks, all the way down my driveway, all around the perimeter of my house….. I told the tech before he started I only needed treatment for spiders and when I hired them they made no mention of pellets and did not do what they said they would. I have kids and pets and now have pesticide pellets all over my property. When the sales guy came to my door he told me my neighbour, knew their name, used their service so I would get a reduced fee as they were already in the neighbourhood…. My neighbours do not use them and he knew their names because he had gone to their house prior and asked them for their name before coming to my house.
This nice lady name Maria came today and did an amazing job! She sweeps and cleaned the spider webs all around my house and inspected every corner then apply the product. She worked efficiently and explained and answered all my question. I am happy and satisfied with the worked done.🤩
