I purchased cookies from here back in Dec (they were fine), but I’ve just had the company charge me again last night despite not being back there since. This may not have even been there fault (perhaps my cards been cloned?…unlikely)…. But either way, they don’t answer the phone, and have ignored my query on social media trying to get answers. Having to cancel my cards now.

I had the nicest triple chocolate choc cookie I've ever had. It was also warm so that was GREAT. I was served by Snehal & Charys and they were so sweet :). This place is just amazing highly reccomend!

ordered the pj party saver which is 24 mini cookies, 6 deluxe cookies and 12 classic cookies, got the delivery, and didn’t even get every 2 of the classic cookies ordered, only got 16 mini cookies, and for classic cookies only some were what we ordered, but they added random cookies that weren’t ordered, not sure if it was because they didn’t have what we ordered but like if that was they case, why is it up on your website, which is were we ordered from. gave them a call just to let them know, person on the phone is taking about how their work colleague packed it I thought there should be a receipt, i said there is non and then they start saying oh they don’t have the receipt, was very confusing call. they said it should be in there since they go off the receipt and i said well it’s literally not there i’m looking at it. offered to give us free cookies if we come in store any time. but like the person just seemed dismissive with a “i don’t know what you want me to do about that” attitude. will never be ordering from there that was literally a scam and it wasn’t cheap and we got less than what we actually ordered and paid for 🤷‍♀️

Cookies were fresh and delicious! I got a 4 pack with 2 premium and 2 regular options. A brookie, double chocolate, deluxe biscoff, and churro cheesecake. My favourite was the Biscoff one as they’re my favourite.

I just wanted to share some positive feedback about a call I had today around 1am with one of your managers. He was absolutely fantastic—extremely caring, polite, and professional. From the start, he made me feel valued as a customer and ensured my issue was dealt with straight away. Not only did he offer us options, but he also took immediate action in handling our complaint about a driver. His attentiveness and genuine care completely turned the situation around for me. Honestly, I cannot wait to pop into the store now, simply because of how thoughtful and considerate he was on the phone. Whoever owns or manages this branch—I strongly feel he deserves recognition for his service. Please, give him a raise! He truly represents your brand in the best way possible.
