The MercyMe at Sea 2025 Alaskan cruise was an amazing experience. The entertainment was other worldly, to say the least. The cruise they used was fantastic and, it being our first cruise, would highly recommend going on one, even if it might be your one and only!
We just returned from the Zach Williams cruise to Alaska. This was our first trip with Inspiration. The Inspiration events were fantastic, from the speakers, the Zach Williams concerts and new album preview, the cooking demonstration, and the comedian, we could not believe how many events there were. Alaska is pretty hard to upstage, and Inspiration did it! We never had to choose between an Inspiration event, or an excursion, Inspiration made sure that there was never a conflict. All the staff were so helpful, and professional. They went out of their way to greet you no matter if at an event, or just on the ship, Inspiration was first class all the way. This was also our first Holland America cruise, they should send Inspiration a massive thank you note. We've been to Alaska three times, on different cruise lines, and many other cruises and have never been on such a poorly maintained ship. From buckets catching leaks in multiple locations, to "will the toilet flush" roulette, understaffed dining locations, if it weren't for the Inspiration portion, this would have been a two star cruise. The room stewards and the dining staff were first rate, but the staff to guest ratio is out of balance. Holland America execs might want to take a cruise on one of their competitors to remind themselves of the importance of correct staff to guest ratio. That being said, the Inspiration portion was so above par, we would go on another Holland America cruise, but only if it's an Inspiration event cruise.
We loved our Alaska Cruise with Inspiration Travel. They truly work to make sure you have a great time, enjoy the cruise, plus enjoy the guests and have time for excursions and port time. Great customer service and the team that travels with you are top notch! Would love to do it again.
Zac Williams was GREAT!! Assume landscape everywhere you look! I'm not a foodie but it was great food everyday. The staff was polite and friendly especially our servers Raymond and Jefly when we had dinner! I would recommend this trip to everyone.
It was my husbands first cruise. He has been ruined for all other cruises! We had such a blessed experience. Michael W Smith and friends were amazing and such a God send. The Holland American line is incredible. Really just the best experience for our annual vacation
