The staff were friendly, accommodating, and competent. They have parking, did labs on site, and the FNP was a great communicator and helpful in planning next steps for my primary care. They made me a same day appointment for an x ray in another location too. No notes
My elderly mother is a patient at the ZoomCare in Bellevue. I, as her caretaker, left a 5 star review for them as well. The visit with my mother to the Interbay location for another level of care was just as great. Staff is more than just professional - they make you feel welcome as the person you are. Having visited two locations now, I suspect that the competence, care and experience is consistent across the brand. Kudos to Jeff Fee, CEO, for "positively disrupting and innovating in facilitating people’s health."
I woke up with conjunctivitis the day before Christmas. I was able to get an appointment at 7:40 a.m. (!). I received prompt, friendly, professional care from the receptionist, aide, and PA Whitney. I got a careful eye exam and an RX for eye drops and was already feeling better by Christmas Eve. Thank you Interbay Zoom Care
Outstanding Dr. Tong was very thorough and understanding of my needs. I must say he's very kind courteous and professional in making a plan going forward for my health concerns. It's been eight year's since I've had a primary care doctor. And I'm very satisfied with the choice I've made.
Bad news first: A few months ago I met with a doctor who arranged to start me on a new medication. But my insurance had an issue with it, and they needed a response from the doctor before they could cover it. I assumed the doctor knew this and was working on it. I waited, heard nothing, and tried to contact them over a period of weeks. I left messages for them with the Zoomcare office and in my Athena dashboard, but got no reply. After several conversations with the office, another doctor was found who read the pharmacy's note and submitted the proper prescription. So it was resolved, but the reason why the first doctor ghosted me is a mystery. I never got any explanation or apology. Good news: I recently had a GREAT experience with a different doctor. He's a good listener, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood everything. I feel he is a totally competent and trustworthy person. I have also had positive experiences with the PACs, especially Danielle Barnes. And one of the receptionists went to bat for me over the previous issue, which I appreciated.
