I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted for an engagement ring, he was helpful and knowledgeable and guided me through the process. Ryan McMahon and Saul were extremely accommodating to our needs in so a short time. They made sure my fiance got her dream ring.. We loved Veraggio rings for about a year and half ago and Ryan not only provided the correct info, he took his time to listen carefully to our requests and got all the details right and more. This review is not for their wonderful inventory, the cleanliness of the store, or the selection of fine craftsmanship jewelry. This is for their staff, the amazing staff that set IDC apart from every other jewelry and watch store. A simple local location that has outstanding people selling great products at fair prices. I was very hesitant to ring shop once again. IDC helped to calm my nerves with their no commission, no pressure sales. Their patience, insight, and understanding for my strict budget helped to fulfill what will be an awesome engagement. Each and every staff member is courteous, caring, and professional.
