Great experience. Needed a battery replacement for my pixel 7a. When I got there they said it was a called back unit and the replacement was free. I had no idea so they easily could have charged me. Very honest and very friendly about it. The repair was slick, quick and as promised. The only thing I could find issue with was the online boking system. I booked and got a confirmation but then multiple emails encouraging me to confirm my booking, was just a system glitch so just ignored but kind of annoying. That's just an issue with their system though, the staff in the shop and the service was exceptional.
Excellent service, highly recommended. Many thanks to Abu and his colleagues! I’ve been here twice—once to repair my iPad and once for my iPhone. My iPhone wouldn’t charge, and instead of pushing for an expensive repair, they suggested cleaning out the dust, which saved me a lot of money. Thank you very much!
Had an issue with my Pixel 8 screen and the team at iSmash Leeds sorted it out the same day — replaced within 2 hours! Abu was super helpful and made the whole process easy. Phone feels brand new again. Definitely recommend their service!
Another bit of cracking service. The lads really know their stuff and are super helpful. Great value. Original apple battery fitted. I thought my charging connector was screwed as I’d done the normal fluff removal but no joy. Phone was ready ahead of time, connector cleaned. Can’t fault any element of the service.
Outstanding service at iSmash Leeds! They fixed my iPhone 13 Pro LCD and battery with great care. A special shoutout to Abu he went above and beyond with his support. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Abu is a star!
