Just left after getting a battery replacement for my laptop. Jim was very helpful, fast, and offered the best price. This is my go to place for any computer needs.
Don't believe all negative reviews! I personally wanted to take the time to thank and review Jim's work. I was having a Windows PC hard drive nightmare, and I was able to recover all of my work. He was open to my suggestions, and let me look through my folders selectively towards backing up what was necessary to salvage before doing a reformatting and reinstallation of my OS.
My MacBook screen was badly damaged and when I took it to the Apple Store, they quoted me $800 for the replacement, which was honestly shocking. I decided to look for other options and found I-Tech on Google Maps with great reviews, so I contacted them. They quickly responded and gave me a much more reasonable quote of $400. I dropped off my Mac and they were very professional, clear about the process, and honest about the timeline. The repair was completed by the next business day, exactly as promised. When I picked it up, the screen looked brand new and everything was working perfectly. I really appreciate their fast service, fair pricing, and professionalism. They saved me a lot of money compared to Apple, and the quality of work was excellent. I would definitely recommend I-Tech to anyone who needs Mac or computer repairs.
I had an older Mac that I thought was reaching the end of its life, but iTech System proved me wrong. They upgraded my machine to the latest macOS and the difference is incredible. Everything runs smoother, faster, and feels like a brand-new computer. The team was professional, clear in their communication, and completed the upgrade much quicker than I expected. They also took the time to explain the new features and made sure everything was working perfectly before finishing. Horrible service & Threats ‼️ He spent more than an hour complaining and talking about his problems and issues. I am not here to talk about morality I am here to get my devices and computer accessories fixed. My screen took more than a month to be repaired. It is unacceptable. As a college student, he had no empathy at all. !!! He threatened me multiple times !!! Worst place ever do not come here (also do not believe whatever he writes, as other people have said, he’s dishonest and only wants to profit off of customers)
