SO good! finally made it here. loved the 6oz filet mignon with the bacon wrapped scallops add-on, and whipped potatoes, and brussels sprouts with bacon. husband got the 14oz NY strip with the house steak sauce, and fingerling potatoes, and hot honey carrots. servers are very nice and very attentive. I was stuffed after dinner and told my husband, “nope. no dessert.” I even folded my napkin and put it on the table. …but then they brought out the dessert menu. incredible dessert menu! especially for coffee-lovers. we got the cinnamon roll + gelato. and the (very cozy and perfect for a Cincinnati winter) irish coffee. truly, a west side gem. 🥩🍷
Everything we ordered was fantastic. Cannot recommend the mussels (french style) highly enough. Service was attentive and friendly. Loved the live piano music, it made for such a lovely vibe.
We got the crab cakes, tuna, seabass, filet minon, and Caesar salad! It was all delicious!!! The seabass, crab cakes, and Caesar salad were my faves!!! Had a delicious cinnamon roll for my birthday dessert! This spot is a treat!
I came here one Friday night to celebrate a birthday. They have nice date night ambiance, but it's not a super formal place. You can be tastefully casual. The live piano music was a great addition to the vibe. My lady is a steak person and I'm a seafood person. She liked her filet and mashed potatoes, and was pleased with the wine selection.. zero complaints from her. The crab cakes were an excellent starter; the crab was good quality and the accompaniments all added to it.. nothing on the plate was boring.. 9/10 plate for me. The frutti di mare was also an excellent dish; the sauce was incredible and all of the seafood was super fresh, especially by Ohio standards. I'd eat that dish any day. We got complementary dessert for the bday. They had 10 flavors of gelato to choose from, and the 3 we tried we tried were pretty decent.. nothing crazy. Overall, it was a great experience. Service was great.. s/o to our server Nikky. It was an all-around top-notch.l experiecne and I have no doubt we'll be back.
We celebrated our anniversary at Ivory House, and the entire experience was outstanding. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. Our waitress, Elise, made the evening truly exceptional—she was informative, professional, and genuinely kind. It was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Cincinnati.
