Jon and Cheryl our the best realtors we have ever worked with. They are a balanced team and gave us all the information we required to make solid decisions in a very unstable and rapidly changing market. Most of all we appreciated how the listened to us and never pressured us. We ended up getting full asking price after some very ridiculously low offers. They know the market and know how to sell properties. They also are fun and treated us like friends. We recommend them highly!
Because I hadn't moved in well over a decade, I had so many questions about the moving process, and honestly, I was a little embarrassed that I was so naive. Jon and Cheryl couldn't have been more helpful, patient and understanding. They answered every question I had, and always made me feel really comfortable and heard. They helped me find a great place in the area I wanted in what was, at the time, a very challenging market. I can't praise them enough!
Earlier this year, I purchased my first condo with J&C, whom I chose after speaking with several agents. J&C (who I interviewed last) stood out to me as approachable, genuine, and transparent from the start. They know their individual strengths and worked seamlessly together with me throughout the buying process. While there were things I couldn’t have predicted, the buying experience itself felt supportive, with every step clearly communicated. Every question or concern I could think of at the time was answered, and they created a space where I felt comfortable reaching out at any point, even after closing. From helping communication with electricians/painters to unmounting a TV the previous owner left (thanks Jon!), I genuinely felt taken care of and would absolutely recommend them.
Earlier this year Jon and Cheryl assisted us with the sale of our non-traditional property (two units, sitting tenant). They were thoroughly professional throughout the whole process and we recommend them highly. They managed small repairs themselves, contracted with trades for bigger repairs and painting, arranged appropriate staging and most importantly, stayed calm and supportive when we were feeling stressed out! They also liaised with the tenant and were supportive of him during the period where showings could have been disruptive. And they are nice, fun people too. We wish them every success.

They guided us with confidence, gave honest advice, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. Every question we had was answered clearly and with patience. Buying and selling can be an incredibly stressful time but with Jon and Cheryl, we felt reassured every step of the way.
