My finger swelled up so badly I had to cut my wedding ring off. I went to another jeweler in brookside and I thought she ruined it. We came to J. David to get it fixed (and replace one of the diamonds that had come out). The staff was so helpful, understanding and the nicest! The price was great and the jeweler (Scott I believe) had it ready way before I thought it would be done- and my ring came out so beautiful! My husband and I will only be coming here from now on.

She helped me every step of the way through the engagement ring process, took the time to explain options clearly, and genuinely had my best interests in mind. She was knowledgeable, patient, and even helped me save money without sacrificing quality. The entire experience felt honest and stress-free. I highly recommend both Giulia and this store to anyone looking for an engagement ring.

I had a great experience with J David on Peoria. I had a ring resized there. It took a little over a week. When I got it back, it looked amazing. The diamonds sparkled and the gold band polished. I also was looking into another wedding band there. While I was browsing I was never pressured into buying anything right then. He explained my options and told me that they can order just about anything. I will for sure be back when I decide on a wedding band.
They tightened a couple of loose stones, and polished my ring. It looks gorgeous.Their prices were so reasonable, and they gave me back a ring more beautiful than I expected. I'm definitely a lifelong customer now.
