This is the spot!!! I came in with a completely butchered haircut from my previous hair guy and honestly didn’t know if it could be saved. Anita took the time to do a real consultation, listened carefully, and immediately put me at ease. Not only did she fix the mess that was created on my head, she gave me exactly what I was hoping for. This isn’t just the haircut I wanted... the way my hair lays and flows now feels like a bright awakening. It looks natural, effortless, and better than I imagined. Anita is incredibly skilled and truly understands hair. I won’t be going anywhere else.
I’ve been getting my hair cut by Taylor for a few years now and I can’t say enough good things. My sisters and mom go to her now. She delivers on exactly what you ask for and makes the whole experience comfortable. She’s super professional and friendly and I recommend her to everyone I know.
J. Michael’s and Heidi are simply the best. I have had multiple haircuts and highlights here, and every visit has been a genuinely excellent experience. The results are consistently exactly what I am looking for. The pricing feels fair, especially given how luxurious and relaxing the experience is. You truly get your money’s worth. The salon is fabulous, easy to work with, and thoughtful in its product recommendations. Advice is offered when helpful, never pushy. Overall, I love J. Michael’s and recommend it without hesitation.
Emersyn is amazing! She’s very easy to talk to and always makes me feel so good leaving the salon. She nailed my hair (again)! It feels so soft and looks exactly how I wanted it to. My hair is perfect! Everyone at the salon is so nice and welcoming but Emersyn is next level! Thank you 🩷
It was my first time at the salon, and unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with the service. Things got worse with the customer service afterward. I hope the salon is able to reflect on this without any kind of bias. Regarding to my previous post, and according to the answer received by the owner: My experience was not as described in your response. From the beginning, I requested a brunette tone, not black. At no point during the consultation was I informed that the result would be such a dark color or that it was necessary for the process. On the contrary, I clearly expressed my desire for a warm, natural shade. The follow-up appointment you mentioned was scheduled as a correction, not a new service. The stylist herself stated it would be free of charge, as it fell within the time frame outlined in your own salon policies. Additionally, I did not miss the appointment without notice. I contacted the stylist directly the day before and explained that I would not attend unless a fair and appropriate solution was offered. Unlike other reviews I’ve seen, I was never offered a proper evaluation for a correction. Instead, I was told I would need to pay for an additional service. Given that my hair was left far too dark, it’s understandable that reversing it would now require a harsh or damaging process. I regret that the situation is being misrepresented, especially when I’ve acted with honesty and attempted to resolve the issue constructively. I hope the salon reflects on how to handle these situations with greater empathy and accountability.
