Caused damage to my siding and would not own up to it. No damage was present prior to them coming for the very first time. I'm not trying to get free siding repair on preexisting damage, and it's obvious that the owner was trying to get out of any blame for it. Cancelled services. He offered free grass cutting instead. Honesty is a rare commodity these days.
Overall not a great company to do business with. I purchased 2 trees (one ordered and one on site) and was told by Jeremy (store manager) it would be $75 to half the price of the tree to install. When I received the quote it was close to $600. After explaining my frustration to James (landscaping manager) he thought it was best I speak with the owner Beth. Mind you I didn't ask to speak with the manager he suggested this because of the mis information I kept receiving from Jeremy. The owner Beth made me feel even worse after just telling the story of what was happening. Finding excuses for the team versus being a leader. I never asked for a discount, return or anything! She spoke over me explaining that I was understanding things incorrectly which wasn't the case, her team was giving incorrect information. We ultimately just asked for delivery instead of install and they were gracious and cut the delivery price for us (again, i never asked for anything). When we received the trees the tree I had ordered from their grower was an easy install but the tree they had on site was horribly root bound. I dont have much hope for that tree but I'd rather lose the money on a tree than deal with their customer service again or overpay for what felt like being taken for a ride. I understand that you need to charge a certain amount when sending a team but your staff, specifically "managers" need to have a better understanding of the business.
Don’t believe the 1 year warranty they claim to have (when purchasing.) I purchased multiple 4.5 ft tall plants from there and half died within months. When I returned to get them replaced I was told they have no warranty on plants after 24 hours. Then after I got upset because I was told they had a 1 yr warranty like Lowes and Home Depot, he agreed to replace 1 with a 6in seedling that was less than half the cost. Dishonesty and not taking care of their regular customers is why I will never be back to buy anything from Jack Frost Garden Center.
They had a beautiful selection of the string of turtles!! They were so lush and full. Well cared for and waiting for new homes! Check them out today! You won't regret it. Sharol was the sweetest! Will be back soon ❤️
C'est la deuxième fois que nous achetons du bois dur à brûler pour l'hiver chez Jack Frost. La première fois, nous avons reçu une quantité « normale » de débris ; de la terre, de la sciure, du paillis et de l'écorce. Cette fois, nous avons reçu une quantité ridicule de ce déchet supplémentaire. Je les ai appelés et ils n'ont pas vraiment offert de solution, sauf peut-être d'envoyer quelqu'un la semaine prochaine pour en ramasser une partie. Ils ont laissé le bois dans mon allée où je gare habituellement mes véhicules et s'attendent à ce que j'attende jusqu'à la semaine prochaine pour qu'ils puissent peut-être en ramasser une partie ? C'était déplacé et je vais reconsidérer mes achats chez eux. Acheteurs, soyez prudents !!!
