I accidentally placed an order here on Thanksgiving! I wanted one closer to my job! I used my reward points and bought a few extra things! When I called them over and over they just picked up and hung up. Never got my points back and never got a refund back! I’m sure it’s a good location but as a manager that phone and making things right ontop of ensuring fresh food is your job! You wouldn’t get service like this at my chain 🤷🏻♀️
Three doordashers accepted and declined my order. So, through doordash I changed my order to pickup. When I went up there the manager told me she gave the food away and there's nothing she could do then walked away. She wouldn't even look at my phone for proof. Then she blew up on me for no reason. I wasted my time, gas, and energy for nothing. As a manager, I would've replaced the meal. Losing a customer is not worth a meal. 'Never' going back there.
Quick drive through experience at lunch time. Cashier was friendly and despite having odd requests, my order came out perfect and tasted great. Thank you!
Had to wait more than 30 min by the door to get my food. And when I get my food and my loaded breakfast sandwich doesnt have sasauge? Not satisfied. I understand waiting in line but not waiting forever for my food while my drinks get warmed up.
What a disappointment to get home to this and not find out how disgusting your food is prepared to the point it had to be thrown away because there’s no way this was edible and the girl I’ve the speaker was really rude! 43$ thrown away :(
