Quick responses and great communication, arrived on time and carried out the job as we wanted - fitting an outdoor tap and corrected pipework to outside sink that was previously installed by a cowboy. Extremely happy with the work and without a doubt would recommend Jack the Plumber. Thank you!

Jack the Plumber provided brilliant service from the first contact. I was quickly provided with clearly explained options for the job I needed doing and there was no pressure to take the more expensive option. The quote was fast with the breakdown for the job set out. The quote was in line with researched quotes and a lot cheaper than some other local plumbers. The plumber arrived at the exact time he said he would. He was friendly and respectful of myself and my property. He got to work straight away and was knowledgeable and efficient. The work was done to a high quality and all is now working well. The work came in within the quoted price and I am very happy with the whole experience.
Had a great experience with Jack The Plumber today. Was able to help me on a Monday after contacting over the weekend. Fixed a stopcock that we had contacted about and also removed a bath and sink and relocated our washing machine all within a couple of hours. Explained everything they were doing, checked all their work before leaving and did a really fair price. Would highly recommend.
I had a very positive experience with Jack the Plumber who came to restore water pressure to my hot water cylinder installation. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Communication was clear and prompt. The repair and repressurisation work was carried out quickly and professionally, everything was left neat and tidy afterwards, and all for a fair price. Recommended and will definitely use again.
