I've been a client of Jackson Hewitt's for at the least of 10 years, NEVER a problem or anything pertaining to the "P" word. My outcomes are ALWAYS satisfactory or above. Thanks from the bottom of my and my family's heart. There isn't a better group of people nor business atmosphere I know.
I don't know about others, but I've been going to them; first, when they were on Kingshighway; and since they're on Chippewa, South St. Louis, and have never had issues. Amber, who did my taxes this year was great. Will go to as long as they are there. Will hope to see them next year.
Everyone was friendly- Amber, Chris & John. They did not try to rush the process and made sure to hear any personal concerns the customer may have. To be something a lot of people dread doing-- they made everything very pleasant.
Jackson Hewitts employees and customer service was outstandingly helpful, reliable and super friendly and efficient. I will never turn to anyone else for tax filing or help with my taxes anywhere else ever again. I am so great fully glad I chose to file with this company thank you for everything!!!
