Paid a hefty sum of money in fees to have them take care of my taxes. I had 3yrs of unfiled taxes to go through so I knew it wouldn't be quick and kind of expensive which I was okay with. My issue with this particular Jackson Hewitt is that I asked them multiple times "am I completely legal and caught up?" To which they responded yes you are. Here we are 3 months later and I'm still getting letters from the IRS and having to still make payments. There are hundreds of places to get your taxes done in the Spokane area, avoid this place and use another one down the block.
They did a great job getting taxes done in timely manor and very polite even included a stamp to mail to irs.
Linda has great skills and fun to talk with also. It was a delightfull experience having her help us with our taxes.
Front desk lady was helpful and kind . Linda was the person who assisted us with filling our taxes we were in and out she was kind as well ! We are new to area and we were in search of a place to assist us with filling taxes they had a new customer special so it all worked out !
Randy is the most genuine professional tax specialist we have ever worked with he is more then successful at his job, and us always more then happy to explain anything we might not understand. We have been coming here for the last 5 years and he is the only person we look forward to seeing every year. He definitely deserves a raise if he hasn't already got one. We appreciate you more then you will ever know.
