I was refered to JacksonWhite Law from White Rose Hospice. My mom needed a Wil and passed before she could sign it so I was told to contact Ryan. He was amazing! Always kept me updated on what I needed to do and helped me a lot thru this difficult time! If you have to do probate go to Ryan! One flat rate to get your persons estate completed! Thank you Ryan for all your hardwork and help!
Ryan Hodges was extremely professional. Always answered my email questions timely. Walked me through exactly what to do with checklists and where I was at in the process checking in on my progress with my deceased fathers estate. He died without a will in AZ this required probate. I did not even know where to start. I do not reside in AZ and I googled and saw that this firm had consistently good reviews. After speaking with Ryan over the phone, which may I add was returned within 10 minutes of contacting them through the website, felt as if they could help me with this process. The fees to assist with this I felt were reasonable. In my profession I deal with attorneys on the daily. I think I know what to look for and Ryan who I never had personal contact with, was exceptional at communication and I would recommend him and the firm.
Ryan was amazing. My father recently passed away, and Ryan was nice enough to offer a complimentary 30 minute consultation to discuss my father's estate. I had reached out to several other attorneys and they all wanted between $400 to $500 just to meet. When Ryan and I met, I let him know we had not found any estate documents for my father. Ryan was easily able to let me know my father had listed me as joint owner on his house, so that passed to me, and the rest of his estate was small enough that we can use the small estate affidavits process. Considering this, it does not look like probate is even needed. So, I didn't end up needing an attorney after all, but Ryan still emailed me all the information about the small estate process and followed up to make sure I didn't have any other questions. He far exceeded what I expected for a complimentary meeting, and I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for estate planning needs, both for themselves or loved ones.
Jackson White Law was highly recommeneded by a professional I work with, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I contacted Jackson White Law after learning that I needed to go through probate in order to place my home deed into my trust. I was surprised to find this step was required since my late husband and I had not realized the need to take out a "Right of Survivorship", at the time we were signing all the necessay home purchase documents. The thought of the probate process felt daughting, especially since I was handling these matters on my own after his passing. I had an attorney, from a different firm, who set up my trust, and she indicated that if she did the probate, it would be a flat fee of $8000. I was appalled at this amount! I was put in touch with Ryan Hodges at this firm. He was knowledgeable, efficient and very clear in explaing each step along the way. What I expected to a long and complicated process, possibly taking up to a year, was completed in about 2 to 3 months. The cost was very reasonable and the entire matter was handled smoothly and professionally. I truely appareciate how quickly everying was resolved and how much peace of mind it brought me. I would highly recommend Ryan Hodges or any of the attorneys at Jackson White Law firm to anyone needing assistance with probate, estate planning or other legal matters.
