Your case will hit a certain point and then they will flat out ignore you and push your case into some random dark corner any question you have they will not answer you will be left on red for months trash individuals treating their clients like trash with conversation etiquette of that equivalent to Oscar the Grouch but worse Oscar would talk back when you talked to him I've been asking for the offer made on my case for over 6 months 🤣 stay away from here if you favor your sanity your time and wish to be treated with the common decency of a human being
