Janet was excellent. She helped me take a ring and turn it into a necklace and pair of earrings. She was knowledgeable and walked me thru different options. A very pleasant experience!
My partner and I stopped by this past week to browse some wedding band options. We’re teachers on Thanksgiving break, so you can imagine that we stopped by looking like complete BUMS with our hoodies and sweatpants. We went to a few other places that same day, and this was the only place that still treated us with the same amount of dignity as any other customer. Nell helped us out, and she was incredible. She was so kind and knowledgeable. She really helped us pick something that we both really enjoyed. Nell pulled a couple of different options until she started to understand what it was that we would like. 10/10 experience.
Had the best experience at James Gattas! Nell is seriously the best. She was so helpful, kind, and always kept me in the loop while my fiancé and I were getting our wedding bands. I had to send my engagement ring off to be fit with my wedding band, and she made sure I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. Every time we came in, she was so thoughtful and easy to work with. They made my dream ring come to life & I’d come back over and over again!
Philip was absolutely phenomenal to work with. We quickly saw that building a relationship was more important than making a sale! We will always go to James Gattas. It’s the best jeweler in Memphis
Went to Gattas Jewelers to have a pendant created. I was able to describe to Phillip what I was envisioning for a particular diamond that I acquired. He was able to locate a mounting, used my existing diamonds and added what was needed to finish the setting. I am absolutely in love with the finished pendant. I highly recommend Gattas Jewelers and especially Phillip for helping me make my dream of owning a one of a kind beautiful piece of jewelry. If you have older pieces of jewelry and want to create something new and special go to Gattas Jewelers. Oh, I should mention the jewelry cases in the store are also full of beautiful things for your loved ones. But this one was for me!
