What an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out with my dress, everything was perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough! Brittney and Tara were incredible—they were so sweet and truly went above and beyond. I came in feeling really nervous, and they made me feel comfortable, excited, and genuinely happy. They even let me stay past my appointment time because another girl had canceled, which allowed me to take my time finding the perfect dress without ever feeling rushed. They understood my vision so well and helped me find my perfect dress 🥹 I cannot thank them enough—the entire experience was perfect. The whole staff was incredibly kind and sweet. Please come to this bridal shop first—you will not regret it!! All of the wedding dresses were absolutely beautiful; even the ones I didn’t choose were breathtaking. The shop truly feels like a fairytale! 🥹🩷👰♀️💍✨
This could not have been a better experience. Everything from meeting the designer or my experience with any of the dress assistants, they were a pleasure. I first went in for their 50% off deal and little did I know the first dress I tried on would be the one! I had gone to another store after but couldn’t shake how amazing the engineering of the dresses made me feel. The dresses were still slightly out of budget and they helped where they could. I ended up putting down a deposit so my mom could come back with me. When we needed to push the date past the allowed time due to flight troubles, the store was so gracious and allowed me to do so. I feel so connected with all the woman I worked with and they made us feel welcome all 3 times we came. Would recommend to ANYONE!
Definitely such a great experience for a bride to be! All the staff members were amazing the moment you step in the door. I had the pleasure to be helped by Alexis! She was very genuine, kind positive and listen to all of the things I like and my dislikes in a dress. She listened to what I wanted and what I felt like was best for me. It literally took me in my first shop (and only shop) four dresses to find the dress. Alexis made the moment very special when I said yes to the dress, to where she even put my wedding song in the background to make it feel more special. Everyone is very accommodating and understanding. Alexis was very patient with me and not once made me feel bad about not liking a dress or for taking my time. As a future bride, she is definitely someone you want on your team to support you and help the process for wedding planning. And then to top off my experience, I got to meet Jana Ann herself, and she is the most sweetest and down-to-earth human being I’ve Ever met. She definitely loves her clients and I can feel that. If I had to start this journey and finding a dress again, I would definitely come back and do it all over again
The Jana Ann experience was top notch. Lalita’s assistance throughout the process really sealed the deal - she helped me find a dress with several specific attributes. The staff is incredible - helpful and responsive over the phone and especially kind in-person. All of the available dresses were high-quality, with unique but balanced detail. We settled on a perfect blend of elegant materials and floral lace, just-the-right-amount of coverage, and best silhouette for my body shape. Thank you, Lalita & Jana Ann Team!
