Incredible experience with this location, team, but especially Clarissa Mata. She has a unique way of making you feel like her only customer. She showed urgency partnered with a care for quality. She made sure we had exactly what we needed. She’s very knowledgeable, warm and helpful. Clarissa was incredibly communicative during our fittings and kept in touch while we awaited our purchase. I feel great, not just because the jewelry is beautiful, but because of the experience Clarissa and the team at Jared’s provided. Highly recommend!
We had an outstanding experience with Jared’s in Sunset Valley! Clarissa Mata was our Jewelry Specialist. She was incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and helpful. We never felt rushed, she listened to what we wanted, and took great care of us. She was super communicative about our purchase and fitting. She showed urgency partnered with a care for quality. Clarissa has a way of making you feel like you’re her only customer. We interacted with others in the store as well and everyone was great… Sid in particular. I now wear my beautiful piece feeling great about my purchase… not just because it’s beautiful, but because of the joyful experience we had with Clarissa and team.
This location is fantastic. I came to purchase a wedding band and Sean was awesome, helped us fond something that we loved and walked out with it that day. Unfortunately, I was a bit swollen and the ring ended up being a bit big but when I came to resize it, I met Olivia, who once again blew it out of the water with the customer service. Great people here and will be a repeat customer.
Got an AMAZING deal here for a wedding ring. My GF is OBSESSED with the outcome. The employees are some of the most personable people I’ve met! Even the manager (who sold us on it) was one of the nicest people I’ve ever talked to! I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this store for all of your jewelry needs. Trust me. The people care.
Olivia K., the Assistant Manager, was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. From my initial phone call to meeting her in person, she handled everything quickly, thoroughly, and with true professionalism. She resolved my issue efficiently while taking the time to clearly explain everything, which I really appreciated. What truly stood out was her energy—she is upbeat, personable, and genuinely kind. Olivia brings a positive spirit into the store, and it’s clear that her attitude sets the tone for a great customer experience! 🙌🏼 Despite her young age, she carries herself with confidence, maturity, and leadership well beyond her years. It was a pleasure to meet her, and I left feeling confident, valued, and well taken care of. Jared is fortunate to have someone like Olivia representing their brand!!!
