Hands down excellent experience. Highly recommended! Van at Jared did an excellent job of assisting my husband and I in picking out a new ring setting for our 30th anniversary! From first walking in, Van was personable and sincere with greeting us. He listened to why we were there and began to show us all Jared's had to offer. Van was knowledgeable about items in the showcase and he allowed us to try on many things to see what we liked. He was very polite and we never felt hurried or pushed even when other customers needed assistance, he balanced everyone with ease. We appreciated his patience with us while we figured out what we liked from all the different colors of gold to stone types. Van helped us find 3-4 rings that we really liked that day and he allowed us to photograph them and go home to do some more research. Honestly, since our search was just beginning, we wanted to visit other jewelry stores (as many do) but no other jewelry store personnel gave us the same level of attention or freedom to try on many things. NONE! Van made it very easy for us to realize who wanted and earned our business and we headed back to Jared to see Van and narrow down our wonderful options there. Van's attention to detail, level of service, knowledge and patience with us made him shine over all the others. An overall an excellent experience at Jared. We found the ring we were looking for and are delighted! Highly recommended!! Thank you so much Van! We will be back!
Mona Batraki was so awesome and funny. My wife came in and Mona knew exactly what would look good on her finger. She has excellent customer service and very knowledgeable about all of the products.
Mona was amazing to work with. My fiance went in on a whim and asked me to meet her there later that day. I tried on a couple rings since we had never done it before and within no time her and Mona had finalized a ring. It’s perfect! Mona made the process so simple. She knows her designs and styles. She can tell you exactly what’ll look good on you. Can’t thank Mona enough!
I wish we had gotten Van or Mona. Our salesperson repeatedly tried to tell me to have my ring sized larger than I needed it. Then, he was adamant that we have to have our pick up ticket to get our ring when it comes in. Followed that up by telling us how another couple tried to cheat them (the husband picked up the ring, the the wife tried to pick it up, too). He told us this over and over saying we can't pick up the ring without the ticket. Well, we paid for our ring and had no intention of scamming anyone. Telling us to bring our ticket would have been sufficient. We both thought he was very rude. Then as we were leaving, he said my ring might end up being snug. However, I know I've worn the same size ring for over 20 years. The rings themselves are gorgeous, an opal and new wedding band for our opal anniversary. We will be back bc we love Jared but I will not work with this man again.
Not living near a Jared’s was no problem when you have a great salesperson! Van helped us from our first call to the store, ordering the ring we wanted and then with the service that needed to be done to it. Highly recommend seeking him out for all your jewelry needs!
