I came to JC Fitness with the specific goal of weight composition and some rehab. Jonathan developed great programs to achieve those results. Combining exercise and education provides a sustainable approach that meets your goals and gives you the tools you need for continuous improvement. Tracking played a big part and results were evidence based; making is easy to verify my progress. I would highly recommend JC Fitness. I am looking forward to dropping in on them to show them my continued improvement.
The service provided by Jonathan and his team comes highly recommended for good reason! Their approach is holistic and is personally tailored to every clients level of experience and fitness goals. The gym programme's that change every month not only kept the sessions fresh, but gave Jonathan the opportunity to teach programme design with different variations of exercises that can be added to the repertoire. Let alone the amazing results I can see both mentally and physically within myself, I now have the confidence to continue my fitness journey on my own - this is the ultimate objective for Jonathan and his team and you can see the satisfaction it gives them. I was gifted a few PT sessions with Jonathan at JC Fitness from my partner as a birthday gift (potential hint 🤔) After only two sessions, I have to say I am really impressed and have thoroughly enjoyed them. Jonathan is a good communicator and explains why we are doing certain exercises making sure form it’s correct and the exercises are performed correctly. I was particularly impressed with the work out schedule, Jonathan catered the workout around goals I had mentioned and things I wanted to improve on. I had also mentioned I enjoyed boxing - Jonathan incorporated this into the workout which shows he pays attention to what you want to gain from the seasons. Highly Recommended.
I initially started training with JC fitness after seeing a plateau in my previous training and unfortunately gaining back a substantial amount of weight that I had previously lost. When I started I didn’t have an amazing relationship with training or food anymore, it was seen as something i felt obligated to do rather than wanted to do. Working with Jonathan has made me feel excited about training again. Not only has it helped my training, but due to his extensive knowledge of nutrition I find my relationship with food has been completely changed and I no longer face a restrictive mindset that I had become accustomed to. JC fitness are very approachable, knowledgable about nutrition and training and beyond helpful. Working with this group is one of the best decisions I could have made improving not only my physical health but also my mental health. For anyone considering starting, irrespective of ability, I could not recommend JC fitness more highly.

J'ai travaillé avec quelques entraîneurs personnels au fil des années et JC Fitness est sans aucun doute la meilleure expérience et m'a aidé à obtenir les meilleurs résultats que j'aie jamais eus ! Vous obtenez le pack complet gym, santé et remise en forme. Du programme de gym sur mesure au plan nutritionnel personnel et la possibilité de donner des retours et d'apporter son avis sur les deux éléments, cela rend le tout plus personnel, plus agréable et plus efficace ! C'est devenu une façon de vivre pour moi maintenant et je l'adore !
