I ordered two blouses which have been late getting to me. I have since had contact with the owner who has sorted this out and posted them out to me. Service since has been great and I am now awaiting my shirts. Thank you for sorting this out for me. I have purchased other good from yourself and found the clothes fab and such great prices. Thank you xx

Same as many comments below, ordered a dress for my summer holiday never arrived, have emailed multiple times and told they were looking into it and never get back to me, dress never received and request for refund ignored. Such a shame as clothes look lovely but would suggest buying from shop.

After ordering a few items in the past and been extremely happy with them and the speedy delivery I decided to pre order a lounge set in a different colour to the one I already have. I placed the order on the 15th of October and the money went straight from my account , I have yet to receive the order or any update, I have messaged on Instagram and also emailed with no response. This has totally put me off ordering online as if it isn’t resolved shortly I will have to go through the process of getting my money back through my bank. Issue now resolved thanks to Jessica ringing me and explaining the problem. Happy with the result as I have had a few items from here and been happy.

I have ordered and received items from Jessica and been very pleased with the service and quality of items that I purchased. Unfortunately I pre-ordered 2 items in September and haven't received them. No communication after several e-mails, a next day special delivery letter which was signed for by Jess and a couple of calls that went straight in to voicemail ......nothing! I understand that suppliers can let you down, but please communicate or offer a refund. Very reluctant to shop here again which is a shame as I love Jess's clothes and her instagram videos are excellent. Update - Jess emailed me and the items are on the way, great customer service in the end

Fine with delivery. However, if wanting to return, don't bother! Dreadful in regards to receiving a refund. Still waiting after a month, will now have to raise a small claims court for any hope in receiving a refund. Do not want to even give 1 star!
