Fantastic experience shopping here, went in with a style in mind and Bradley sketched it out and got a 3D render over to me in very good time. Everyone who helped during the process was very knowledgeable and friendly. The ring itself its also wonderful and looks fantastic, we're both very happy with the result! We had to get the ring resized and it only took a few days as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for engagement rings in Edinburgh!
Liam Ross in Edinburgh recently completed a very special project for me, resetting some heirloom stones into a new ring, and the whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. The process was seamless and highly professional, and I felt in very safe hands throughout. Liam and Brad worked closely with me through the CAD design stage and were endlessly patient with my questions and design preferences. I also visited the shop in person for sizing, and they even produced a physical model of the ring before casting, which was brilliant for seeing the design in real life and fine‑tuning any details. The finished ring is perfect – beautifully crafted, exactly to size, and everything I had hoped for in terms of style and quality. I am enjoying wearing my new ring so much, and it means a great deal to have my heirloom stones reset so thoughtfully and skilfully. I would highly recommend Liam Ross to anyone looking for bespoke jewellery, particularly for sentimental or complex projects.

They have the experience and the technology to greatly help in decision making and their prices are competitive. I now have two beautiful rings and a necklace which I love and are regularly admired. This is a company that really gets it! I had a ring made by Liam Ross for a very sentimental reason. I explained that I wanted a replica of a ring my daughter wore all the time but it meant using a cheap “stone” in an expensive white gold surrounding. They did not demur or try to persuade me into something more expensive. They totally understood and the result was absolutely stunning. I was also very impressed by their customer care and support. Incredible service and attention to detail!! My fiancé and I had my engagement ring made bespoke using diamonds from a family ring, I’ve always been quite particular about what I like and Liam and Bradley couldn’t have been better at making that happen. We never felt rushed into picking anything and were always encouraged to take our time. Even with the opportunity to upsell us, Liam was very genuine when he advised us to use our own stones and we knew we could trust him. I couldn’t be happier with my ring, it turned out perfect 🤍🩵
