They did an incredible job designing my fiancée’s engagement ring and our wedding band, and the entire experience from start to finish was outstanding. The team took the time to really understand what we wanted, worked within our budget, and were completely transparent and professional throughout the process. Their advice around design, stone selection, and overall value for money made us feel confident we were making the right decisions financially as well as emotionally. The craftsmanship is exceptional — the rings are absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations. You can genuinely tell they care about both the quality of their work and their clients. I recently had the pleasure of having a custom black and white diamond engagement ring made by Jewellery Design Studio. I knew exactly what I wanted and had dealt with several jewellers previously with no luck, receiving a lot of push back on the setting I wanted. There were absolutely no questions asked with Alex and Sally. They made me feel very confident that they could easily create my dream ring and wow they certainly delivered! I cannot stop looking at it and everyone that sees it agrees that it is simply STUNNING. I had received several quotes in the process so can confirm the price was very fair and the ring was created within the timeframe given of 4-5 weeks. I would 100% use them again for any future pieces and would happily recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful piece of jewellery. Their show room is stocked full of options to try on for inspiration if required. I had read all of the reviews prior to contacting them and thought it all sounded too good to be true but they really are just that good! ♥

Alex and Sally designed and made my wedding and engagement rings. I couldn’t be happier. We came to find Alex and sally after they redesigned my mums wedding engagement rings and I always told my partner I wanted my mums rings (but couldn’t take it away from her when she wears it everyday) Alex and sally did the most amazing job at designing and making a ring that was so much me but also has a part of my mum in it.
